Due to the COVID-19 pandemic delivery services are experiencing high demand and a reduction in services. Please note that standard UK deliveries via Royal Mail can take up to 10 working days from the date of dispatch, deliveries to remote locations or international addresses will take longer. If your delivery has not arrived after this date then please get in touch.

Non Personalised Items

We aim to process, package and dispatch your order within 2 working days for orders placed between Monday to Friday.

Personalised Items & Gift Hampers

It will take us up to 5 working days for us to create & package your bespoke order. You will be notified should there be any additional delays to your order. We try our best to put a rush on Express Delivery orders, however, this may not always be possible.

Please ensure you add ‘@allaboutthebump.co.uk’ to your ‘safe senders’ list to ensure that you receive order status updates from us.

Delivery Options

England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle Mann, Isles of Scilly (excluding Scottish Highlands & Islands)

Standard Delivery: £3.49 (Royal Mail Standard)
Delivery usually takes between 1 to 3 working days from the date your order was dispatched (Monday to Friday) with delivery confirmation.

Express Delivery: £6.99 (Royal Mail TRACKED24)
Orders are usually delivered 1-2 working days after dispatch (Monday to Saturday) with full tracking.

Collect from Allaboutthebump
Collections can be arranged by appointment. Our collection days & times are: Monday, Wednesday & Friday between 9:30am and 3.30pm

International: Ireland (Republic of)

Tracked Delivery: £15.99 (Royal Mail International Tracked)
Deliveries usually take between 2 to 4 working days, however, please allow up to 20 working days for your item to be delivered.

International Orders – Taxes & Customs Charges

Allaboutthebump Ltd are not registered for EU IOSS. EU VAT may be payable upon delivery. International deliveries may be subject to customs or taxes charges that may be payable upon delivery to your local government. Please visit your local government website to view current charges & taxes for your country. Please note, we will not accept returns where these charges have not been paid and an item has been returned to us.

Once your order has been marked as complete then delivery tracking information will be added to your sales record and emailed to you upon dispatch.

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or would like to exchange it for a different size, then post the item(s) to us, within 30 days of your order being delivered and we will either refund you or send an exchange.

Returns and exchanges must be returned to, and received by, allaboutthebump within 30 days from your original order delivery date.

Personalised items, bespoke prints & gift hampers are non-returnable, however, if you have experienced a problem with your order then please get in touch with us so we can rectify this for you.

Within your return please include a note with your Order Number, Date of Return and Item(s) being returned – or include a copy of your receipt indicating the items you wish to return.

Returns are processed upon receipt of your returned goods and any monies refunded within 7 days. Once a refund has been issued it will be returned to either your PayPal account or bank/credit card used to pay. We are unable to refund to any other method other than the one which was originally used to place the order.

Returns are sent at senders cost.
