SERVICE CHANGES – APRIL 2020
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic we have made changes to our service.
We are still open for business, stock permitting, and will ensure orders are completed and dispatched in a timely manner. Collections have been reduced to twice a week to limit uncecessary exposure to our staff and others and we are no longer offering a customer collection service.
Orders dispatched via Royal Mail are taking far longer to deliver due to anticipated demand and staff sickness. In some cases these are taking up to 2 weeks to be delivered. You can find your delivery reference by logging in to your account and viewing your purchase history, or by checking the dispatch/ order confirmation email that was sent to you. Royal Mail will update their tracking website once a delivery has been attempted, while this is in transit it will not show any further information.
